We will attempt to deliver your flowers on the day you specify.We understand the importance of your flowers arriving on time.If your party happens to not be home, we will attempt to leave their flowers with a friendly neighbor.If there is no neighbor and the weather is good, we will leave the flowers on the porch for them.In case there is no where safe to leave the flowers, we will take them back to the shop.In all cases, we leave a tag on the door or in the mailbox, letting your party know that we were there for delivery,what we did with the flowers and what they need to do to get their flowers.We will also leave a detailed phone message. We will also make every attempt to make your flowers as you see them on our website. As flowers are a natural product and availability changes with seasons, we may have to substitute. We will call you if the substitution will change your order dramatically out of courtesy. Sometimes the containers the flowers are in will be different, as they do get discontinued occassionally.
